well...after reading the comment about the glue i decided to compare this quarter to a "normal" quarter...and i noticed the part where...
the color around the edges are silver in color also...just more dull...very little shine...here are a couple more pics...hard to get good ones...
I got the coin in some change at work....yu can feel the raised edges where the smoother metal begins like part of the final stamp didn't "stick"...
