In my opinion its definitely PMD. It is odd though, perhaps some kind of acid
It looks like wonky toning, but I don't see anything wrong with the clad. I would still keep it for the toning, but that's just me.
There definitely appears to be doubling on the words, but its probably mechanical doubling. True DDO coins would exhibit equal doubling throughout...
Don't worry, they were only a dollar a piece from an assorted coins bin. I knew they weren't going to be worth much, I just loved the design.
My opinion is post mint damage. It appears to go over the elements instead of through them (like a die crack)
