Upon a closer look, it may be the 006. The reverse is ejection doubling.
I beleive it may be Master Die Doubling.

There are no visiable MM signs that say it's the 003. The MM is slighty east with the tilt to the west.
It's not the 003. The MM postition doesn't line up with CC Picture. It's futher east.
