Not gold penny , but some of them are brass pennies and they look like gold . Why they're brass that I don't know
1992 are made from zinc and copper coated . I don't know exactly , probably fake. Copper are 3.09 up 3.15 Zinc are 2.49 and up a little bit
Somebody heat up with torch and removed copper layer and they polishing for beauty
Definitely I will keep that coin. Hard to find such coin in pocket change.
