That note is discolored after leaving the BEP. It’s damaged.
Definitely an incomplete planchet error. It doesn’t look as a curved clip. It looks like a straight clip.
The best I can give is a lamination error.
A number of people like die chips and cracks. I think they are nice to have, but better to find. I won’t pay for them myself.
