Your coin is a VAM. I’m not a variety collector so I couldn’t tell you which one. I can tell you there are a number of vam’s for this year. Nice find.
That’s not damaged, it’s a mint error. It was struck through grease and a lot of it. Nice find. Put in a flip and protect it.

I saw that but the photo is a little blurry to tell. The obverse is very clear about it being PMD.
I like blast white coins in high grades. I also like some toning so I have a few. In lower grades I like the coin to look natural.
