MM were hand punched into the working dies. So, each and every working die likely had a different placement, tilt, etc. Unless the MM is touching...
MS62, Just not sure that it could eeck out another grade. The contact on the cheek nose and eye are pretty severe.

Too much chatter on the cheek and field for a 64. And that rim ding makes me think AU. I will say MS61.

Thats a pass for me. Those aren't counterstamps/ the coin was stuck that way.
