When they were minted they never minted a large number of them. Yours is slightly off-center. Look in your Red Book for the mintage for this year.
That is a strong, fairly deep scratch but I don’t think it was caused by a corn processing machine. :)
I haven’t seen it nor would I want to but I would think your butt sways nicely. And I’m sure you can swing your tail with finesse. :)
