I like one side on each coin so I went both.
AU-55
Nice and if you look at the 1855 I think you find (see) that the side with the date has a die clash. It’s the facial outline of LIBERTY.
Looks like small date to me. Here is mine so you can compare. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I’ll check it out.
Thanks. I thought it did.
Nice! I do love counter stamped coins, especially older ones because of their history. Yours are very nice looking modern ones. I especially like...
Well one things for sure, you don’t have a copper 1943 cent, from any mint.
I believe the Red Book has photos of both varieties so it’s easy to compare. I’m away from my Red Book at this time.
Sounds good. Take your time. I’m busy and overworked.
New thread please
Looks like it has been ever so slightly circulated. I do not see squares rims so it’s a business strike.
I tend to think of them as a basement grading company. Meaning everything they grade is over graded.
The spacing in GOD looks normal to me. What looks like a die crack is most likely a plating bubble as this is a 2014 coin. The photo is just too...
I have several of them in my folders as they are nothing special enough to hoard.
Just read a few of their ads and you’ll know what they are like.
Go take a nap and hopefully you’ll dream how to take a photo. You’ll know when you hear yourself purring. :)
@MeowtheKitty Glad to have you back. Also happy you have some free time and searching your rolls. Please post your findings.
Photos when you’ve finished. Before and after if you please. :)
You did great! That’s a beautiful CC coin! Congratulations
