Minted by a worn die so the doubling you see is not the kind you want to find.

An over polished die, a strike through or a grease filled die would do it.
That coin is almost the same as the background. Hurts my eyes to look at it.
I think it looks like a zinc cent so than would be the best curved blisters I’ve ever seen for plating bubbles.
Only worth one cent. I can still see the FG but they are weak.

I’ve done well at many LCS over the years but the best I’ve every done was an online only auction.
Just remember the age of the paper used in CSA Notes. And those notes tend to be thinner than any other notes I know of.
