Printing plates are routinely replaced as they wear out and not all plates wear the same.

The small engraved “I7619” is the face plate number. These were printed in the early 1950s.
Personally I would remove it from the cardboard holder. It looks like it’s leaving marks on the corners of the sheet.

I’d say it looks like a Fine-15 (no Q).
I like the idea so they don’t get separated. Something I would worry about if they were graded individually.
I would request they end up in the same, oversized holder.
