Yup $20 is the silver value of the coin. A BIN I suppose is possible but if that were an auction, I doubt it would end under scrap.

Ones in uncirculated condition will bid higher, but some of my notes had folds or pinholes, a few with writing on them which lower the value a...

As in an amateur seller? Sure. Most of us do not have coin shops or business licenses. 99% of ebayers are people at home that found something...
Honestly I think nickel is better to hoard than copper. I'm waiting for another spike like it did in 2007 when it went to $30/lb. Copper looks...

A heavily polished coin isn't worth grading, and the slab might even say "cleaned" or something along those lines. Cleaned devalues a coin.

I later found that out after my first reply to the OP ;) Most of the time I have purchased from an ebay seller in Europe wasn't via DHL shipment...
Good info on that. I guess I'm not familiar with that particular shipping service. I assume DHL is a higher quality means of getting merchandise...
Well I have purchased quite a bit of coins from Europe/UK. I've had positive experiences from that. I probably won't buy a whole lot of things...
They have no reason to know your phone number. It's irrelevant to the transaction, not sure what to make of it.
