I found a hoard of 60 silver dimes once. about 30 merc and 30 roosevelt. It was the best day at work I ever had.
Not a doubled die. My advice, don't send it in. It is not money-conscious to submit, and when this comes back it won't be worth half the fee.

If they know it was on the Philippine planchet, it may have been an intentional error, but maybe not.
If it is a circulating type then the condition is really not a surprise. Also, if a circulating coin I would believe it to me authentic.
I don't think it is. That is off the top of my head though, I may be wrong.
I think it is on the lower left tip of the 10? Maybe I am wrong but I had trouble finding it too.
