I doubt it has DD on both sides unless it's MD but you can't tell with those photos. It most certainly is not full bands.
Well within specs but slightly off. The coin is beatup from circulation. You need to practice and sharpen your skills with newer, less used coins.

It's a hit and it looks like the metal has been pushed from left to right. It was caused by another reeded coin.

That is environmentally damaged. Missing the unplated it would all be one color, not spotted so to speak.
