Without the buyer being willing to pay the crazy amount there would be no Market. You can't regulate what people are willing to pay for something.

I agree and I'm aware of the history of the Roosevelt dime but still think it is a tired old design.

I sent mine into ngc and it came back PF70. I really like this coin but to think I could trade it for a really nice 1916 D Mercury has me thinking.
