Those are all fine. Copper plate zinc cents should be 2.5 and copper cents should be 3.1. Granted there is a mint tolerance of ~0.1g.

They will eventually etch themselves into the coin. Unfortunately your coin is just damaged. A dip in acetone may help but I don't know at this point.

That is just damage. Die cracks are inuse on the dies and then protrude on the coin itself.
