I agree that is a bag mark. Sometimes these are left over planchet defects that weren't removed when struck. This is just damage.

Nice die markers. And a very good look at the doubling.
None of the markers fit. Ie the die polishing lines obverse or reverse. The marker you see on the column fits stage A and B but is worn away in C...
