If he's sending your coin in a submission with only your coin the price will be higher than if you have others sharing the submission with you....
I don't know about that. My PCGS grades normally drop a point when crossed from NGC.
I don't know that they have a minimum number. I've received boxes with as few as 1 coin, though it was a key coin. [IMG]
Watch out for some crazier than normal toning with the new bullion dimes, quarters and halves.

What a joke........no way that's a 64. Looks at least 65/6 to my eyes.
It would be cheaper to buy one already graded. It would cost $20-$30 to send it in for grading. The premium on your coin is less than a dollar....
