The obverse looks MS63 and the reverse looks MS65, when you add in the dramatic rainbow toning, I think the appropriate grade is MS64+
Agreed, though personally, I wouldn't purchase a high end proof coin of any significant value from just photos, even if a defect wasn't present....
And grading high end proof coins from photos is literally, impossible.
