That coin has a mintage of over 26,000,000 and is in very bad shape. It would not be gradable due to damage. It is just cool to keep as a type coin.

Looks like an 8 Reale cob, but hard to tell. It is badly worn, and I am not seeing a mint mark or year. Similar design features to my 8 Escudo....
