You are seeing wear on the wing tips, Eagles breast and a few other places. What I can't tell from the photos are if this is a 1900 or a 1900-O....

Looking at the last photo it is obviously only a 1 step coin at best. It also has s lot of scratches so it's a spender in my opinion.

AU shows ever so slight signs of wear on the high spots. MS shows no signs of wear. There is a large difference between a 58 and a 64.
When metal gets pushed it goes to one side and forms a raised area.
