I guess I'll have to own these since they come in a Mint Set which I buy every year to fill holes in my Dansco's to pass on to my kin.
With it's many hits on both obv. and rev. I call it a solid 63. It may make 64, but I wouldn't buy it in that grade.

Looks like the open 3 var. to me...the closed is nearly touching without much of a gap...also, the closed 3 is extremely rare!
