Well, think of it this way. The first nickel is only worth 5 cents.
The 45-S is worth about a dollar. It's partly silver.
Toning and spots. Haze on proofs. Red and RB copper turn more brown. Hairlines from the slides.
I found myself putting coins into my 7070 but later taking them out for better protection for the coin.
It's clear that there are folks with opinions that are on both sides of this fence. Most are never going to change how they feel about the topic....

I gave about $8, 25 years ago. Mr. Blythe was really cool. He passed about 10 years back. At one time I believe he was posting over on CU.
