Just a thought for you Insider. If you would post in a normal manner, more folks would read what you have to say. It's always great information...
So tell us, how do you find all those different size coins in a roll you are searching? They wont all fit in the same roll.
I don't have a clue who paddyman98 is but his post was straight up good information for you to learn from. There was nothing rude about his post....
For sure. I'll be sure to drop by and say hi.
I'm already making a list.
I don't have a problem with any of the coins posted in this thread. They won't fool anyone in the future. They are novelty pieces.
I guess you are upset because you don't know what you are talking about. Hope you understand just how rude you are.
We have open minds here but we look at facts. You are the only one here with a closed mind. Welcome to CT but you have much to learn.
Bought this as damaged. It's a clash. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I knew you had the answer. More fun. My 1961 18th Edition Blue Book has it as double die.
Cool medal.
They need a bigger label.
Fun question. When did the Red Book start calling them doubled die?
Many years ago, folks didn't give a darn if you called it a double die or a doubled die. Still today, most are good with either term.
From the last image of the full slab, I would have guessed AU-50. Lots of difference between the first image posted.
You have the coin in hand. Could they be going both directions or just outwards?
It's just damage.
With the 1960, 1970 and 1982 you have large and small dates.
Welcome to the fun.
Lots of possible answers to your question. Could you narrow it down a bit?
Separate names with a comma.
