Is that a coin, or medal? I did not know they were made. It looks like a medal because there is no denomination in view. Please educate me.
After a closer look, I think I will revise my observation to AU 50. The leg and date look good enough for that grade.
XF 40. The detail looks too worn for AU grade, but it does have AU luster, ironically.

I agree with Insider. I like the 1847 for the better date, but the 1852 looks nicer, at least, in the images.
