The numbers in the date look a bit thin. I'm questioning if it's real as well.

The first image makes the date area look like damage. The next images don't show that.

I voted on the 2 cent piece only because of the blue. I love the look but there will always be that big question in folks minds about blue copper....

A business can require or refuse payment in any form they wish. They get to set and change the rule as they wish.
I don't think it would be worth the cost to have them graded. Something interesting about the 71-Ds.They look to have came from the same dies.
