I see two minor rim dings...one at 9 obv and one at 11;30 rev...also agree, I think it has been cleaned.

I have a cautious respect for PCGS and NGC...one poorly graded coin does not mean all the TPG's are inept.

It's marketing...plain and simple. People WILL pay MORE for a CAC coin whether it's justified or not.
