I overlooked that one. I still think it's Edward IV, second reign. Without the mint mark, it's a total guess.
There are several, all of which are Edward IV.
I'm not sure I get the weak strike vs AU thing, because the 1st coin doesn't look anything close to what I would call AU.
I can't make out the mint mark, nor the obverse legend to say anything for certain. However, Edward V never produced a coin with a quatrefoil...

Need a better closeup of the date. It might be a repunched date, as this coin has several known.

No, it won't. Errors, like those which you mention, are graded on the same scale as any coin.
