Yes, I have handle a few in past, but this coin looks weird.
If that is true then the coin should have never graded MS.
To make it look original? Plus I can barely read the designer's initials. I know, I know that does not guarantee it is a fake.
I have had bought/sold a few 2.5 INDs in the past. IMO, something about this coin just don't look right. I know what an "original frosty" coin...
