If it isn't legit, I don't see any indication. It is really harshly cleaned though. Pretty noticeable edge bang @ 3 o'clock obverse. EF+ features?

What the heck - to me, the quarter looks VG-F and the dime VG. The dime's obverse looks like F or F+, but the reverse can't be better than VG.
