    1803 $1 ANACS - Problem?

    From what I've heard, ANACS was quite good back then. I'd agree that the coin didn't show the "toning splatter" on the reverse as it does now....

    Out of 40 coins, you got 97.5% 69/70's and you're saying the mint is not doing a great job? You're numbers don't suggest that to me.
