I've seen a lot of changes in ebay over the years, some good, some not so good................... I feel this one goes in the not so good category.
Establish a relationship with a dealer or dealers that specialize in the type of coins your looking for.
There are options other than ebay !!!
To determine if its a 109 look at the "TAT" the T's look like they are rotated counterclockwise......... The do not look rotated on the coin in...
