Is this a double date? Lincoln looks like a secondary ring front and back. Die break left lower corner of steps and one in the top of the O in ONE.
Double rim from date to trust. Metal on top of 9 and left center of 1. I can not see VBD.
Slightly off center obverse with mental in/under G (GOD), GOD appears GOO and IN GOD WE are at the very edge where there is no rim.
obverse looks as if it was printed through cheese cloth and the reverve as well but, it also has "waves" through the bottom half.
Would error would this be consider? Is it a clash, die break or what?
