C'mon, redwin has a "one of a kind" coin. This automatically makes him an expert ;)... Emphasize wink face.
Man is it ugly.
Try using a macro setting on your camera. A jeweler is just that, a jeweler. Not a coin expert.
You're going to need way closer pics of the coin, especially the obverse (front).
Oh man..............
Btw I'm thinking machine doubling, but do NOT take my word for it.
You posted 3 minutes ago... Non cents will be along shortly. Patience.
Detecto, I think you're one of those people that love to be abused...
I don't understand how some people sleep at night and get up and look in the mirror in the morning.
When you start searching coins often you will find gold plated coins A LOT. Nice looking coin, but they are very common.
That is pretty scary.
That 1919 looks like someone took a wire brush to it and some steel wool.
I beat you to it this time non cents lol.
A 1946 Denver wheat cent.
Man that's some real detail in the chest area. Never really looked at these types of coins close enough to realize they have cleavage lol.
Where and how'd you find this?
I don't know a thing about paper money but that sounds like an amazing find!! Congrats!!
Silver or not that's a sweet looking coin. I found a 2005 American bison nickel proof not long ago. Proofs are awesome.
Dang that is beautiful. Is it a silver proof.
Are they rolled on the ends or just crimped/smashed down?
Separate names with a comma.
