Looks like a 66 . I hope that discoloring on the reverse is on the slab or a 65 wouldn't surprise me .
Looks like a LDS coin with a tiny bit of rub , luster seems ok , I think the tpgs would give her a 63 . But by strict ANA 6th Edition grading...

I just noticed the beard on the eagles head looks too big and sticks out too far compared to any of my type 2 reverses . Also the Arrow heads...
Everything on it is correct for a type2 obverse and type 2 reverse . Could of be an impaired proof if it wasn't an S mint . I wish we had the weight
Any grade can have FSB or FB status but it usually wears off at EF . That said there are MS-67 coins that don't meet the designation and AU coins...
