Can someone tell me if this is obverse 4 or 5 please as there is quite a difference in value. Also, told it was into MS, perhaps only...

I keeping quiet on the flames........but as the one I posted above has a foot touching the ground and is slabbed by PCGS as the three and a half...
I am not an authority on US coins and if the coin is not a 1936-D three and a half leg, I accept that. However, I have found one slabbed by PCGS...

In this grade taking a bit of dirt off couldn't do much harm.........so are we any further with less dirt and better scans?[ATTACH]
