I'd say an EF , probably cleaned and retoned , but from your pics a nice coin . Sure wish more shops would grade that conservatively .
Definitely would be a 67 at NGC , but since the right obverse luster is all there I'll venture a 67 even at PCGS . Real sweet coin IMO .

Though the luster is slightly muted in the right field area , probably a strong 66 at PCGS . A 67 wouldn't surprise me though . Nice coin .
Hit wise I would have thought a 62 or 63 , guess those carbon spots brought it down to the 61 .

All the Morgans are common date , with '96 cleaned like Paul said . Unless any are in high grade or with a popular Vam they're wort a little more...
