These were delivered in yesterday's mail. Series 1985 $50 FRN with a courtesy autograph from Katherine Dávalos Ortega and a Series 1985 $10 FRN...
It's all made up when people try to turn a sequence of numbers into something special. Heck, I even know a guy who likes serial number "12".
