I too would like to see pictures of this note, as others mentioned there is probably another reason for the serial numbers then a bleed through.
There are so many of these things left it is crazy. It seems everyone's grandmother saved them.
I would put that note at around VF+/EF and would value it around $90/$120ish in those grades. If you can get it for $60, I would jump on it.
I agree, they may be "key" dates, but they are everywhere in that grade.
