Lately my neighbor has been buying 1927-P Peace dollars. He says he got a hot tip that they were due for a price jump.
What I have noticed in the past when prices have dipped is the local shops remove gold and silver from their display cases.
I'd get it out of that cheap cardboard and into an airtite or Capitol plastics holder.

I think it would be a good coin to stick in an album. Once in the album hole the rim dings may not be that obvious. Overall a nice coin.
