Decent coin but I would be a bit concerned by the green on Liberty's neck and the rim ding.
Here is one of my lowest, a 2006 $1. serial # L 00000261 C. It's a little rough, but not to bad for a circulation find.

Yea I am very happy with my $1 and $2 notes. I paid $15 for the star and $12.50 for the pair of $2's.
