A lovely mid-grade Black Eagle. The note has nice eye appeal and looks to be original. I would guess a grade somewhere around the VF30 range....

I couldn't agree more. Most of the auction sites have archives to review recent activity and prices realized.
A quick search on eBay shows a 4-subject sheet, similar to yours, sold for under $85 less than a week ago....
