It is hard to tell with that pic, but I would say it is worth melt, which was stated above as $15.64.
The Franklin and the '64s are worth $15.64. The rest are worth face unless they are MS65 or higher.
The '68 in that condition will only be worth the silver in it, which is currently $6.40.
