I've had about half CWR and half BWR, I've actually found more of the old dates in one batch of BWR that I got, but I've found more war nickels in CWR

So, I ended up asking about the seller about the rating of the coin, I'm surprised he responded so quickly, but this is what he said...
I think unopened rolls of any coin will be worth something someday, when that day is who knows. Maybe in our lifetimes, maybe not. Imagine if...
