Unfortunately there is not really going to be a premium for this coin. I suppose you might get a buck or two for it.
As Coinlover said, very common. What happened is that the small piece on the die that would normally produce the hole in top of the P broke off...
I'm the same way. Some of my favorite coins are circulated. I love to look at them and wonder how they came to be that exact way.

I normally buy them by the box, and often they are uncirculated. You'll get a mix of both that way.

Me too, and unless these photos have some really deceiving reflections, this is a very nice example for a single-squeeze hub.
If you have a good loupe, you may need to get the coin directly under the shade of an incandescent lamp and rotate it around in the light to see...
