That is a scratch on the slab. Nothing on the coin.
The only thing I can make out there is a minor (very minor) discoloration.

I have no idea. It is luster impaired, but not gone. That is the best I can say.

It is only about $100 between a 65 and a 66. Now if I though it might go 67 (+$1000), I might just mess with it, but I don't think it will get there.
I think it is a keeper - and I did not even pay what either of them went for at Heritage. I am very pleased.

I really don't know. They are much more obvious in the pictures than in hand and they are small so I would not suspect it would be dramatic.
