I went with 66. NGC and PCGS are really tough on these. A 67 jumps in price to about 3K.

The images are jacked up. No way to tell.
Finding a nice MS 26-S drove me crazy and that was 20 years back. The 17-S was just as tough. These two were the last I needed to finish the set.
Is the Whitman a folder or an album with clear slides on both sides of the coin? If in a folder it may be time to move them to something better....
