That 1904 Pannama is spectacular.....hazard a guess.....MS-63. I know absolutely nothing about this coin so my opinion is purely subjective.
Fifty, Knocked lose from it's spot? Did the set come apart? I really can't picture this as the sets are locked tight in their plastic holder.
