A beautiful design for the French 5 centimes. I can't tell what date it is but unless it is a 1921 it is worth US$1, or less.

The "P" means plated. Starting technically 1999, but not issued until starting 2002, some of the cents are copper-plated-nickel-plated-steel....

If that is FS than I am a monkey's uncle. I have seen several FS candidates come back without the designation because of hits smaller than that nick.
