That coin looks like a 64 or 65 to my eye -- I'd like to buy it in a 64 holder, and sell it in a 65 holder. ;)

If that Buff got a 66 from PCGS, I would expect it will look SIGNIFICANTLY different in-hand. The coin has no luster in the photo, and PCGS...
As others have said (and I said in your other thread) -- die rotation is common on coins of this era and while I would stop short of calling a 90...
